Braun, who represents the likes of Justin Bieber, Ariana Grande and the Zac Brown Band, to name a few, always stops in Frank Carpenteri’s popular mainstay en route from LA to visit the eatery’s manager Michael Paoletta, who has worked there for over 20 years and is friends with Braun and his dad, Dr. Ervin Braun.
